Because each pet's allergy serum is uniquely formulated, all allergen refills require prepayment.
Please request your pet's allergy serum refill at least 3–4 weeks before their current supply runs out. Each serum is custom-made and requires additional time for processing and preparation.
To request a refill, please use the online ordering button below. If your pet's prescription label includes a QR code, you can also scan it to access the refill form.
**QR codes are being added to newer prescription labels starting November 2026, so don't worry if yours doesn't have one! You can still submit your request using the button below.**

Once your request and payment are received, our team will review your order and begin processing your pet's customized serum.
We will notify you by email when your serum is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the clinic.
