Alicia Webb Milum, DVM, DACVD
Dr. Alicia Webb Milum (Dr. Webb) is a Board Certified Veterinary Dermatologist and owner of Redbud Animal Dermatology and Allergy Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK. She grew up in small town Oklahoma and graduated high school as the valedictorian of a class of 26 people. From there, she attended the University of Oklahoma and received her B.S. degree in zoology with a minor in English literature. She graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. After graduation, Dr. Webb worked for 5 years in a busy small animal general practice in Oklahoma City. She then pursued a residency in veterinary dermatology with the Animal Dermatology Clinic in Tustin, CA. She completed the residency and passed the dermatology board examination in 2018, achieving Diplomate status of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology. She then traveled back home to start Redbud Animal Dermatology and Allergy Specialist and is happy to be back home in the Sooner state! In her free time, Dr. Webb loves to spend time with her family, including her three little boys and three dogs Cosmo, Buttercup and Pearl, and can usually be found at a ball field rain or shine as a bonafide “baseball mom”.
In addition to her expertise in diagnosing and managing allergic, autoimmune and cancerous skin and ear diseases, Dr. Webb has a special interest in bacterial skin infections, including understanding and minimizing the risk of antibiotic resistance. Dr. Webb has lectured about these topics across the United States.

Caroline Williams, DVM
Dr. Caroline Williams earned her degree in Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State in 2008. She practiced in the Oklahoma City area for many years prior to joining Redbud Animal Dermatology as a resident in 2023. She has had a long standing passion in dermatology and is so excited to be at Redbud. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Williams enjoys reading, horseback riding, and is an avid sports fan. She and her husband also love traveling, they have triplet boys and a daughter and a long bucket list of places they want to experience as a family. They have four-legged members of their family as well, sometimes Jet the Goldendoodle occasionally gets to join them hiking in Colorado. They also have Nora, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named for Nora Charles in The Thin Man, and two cats, Archer and Gandalf.

Jane is a Registered Veterinary Technician that graduated from Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City and passed her boards in 2015. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2013, in general practice for 8 years before she joined Redbud Animal Dermatology in 2021. She is currently working towards obtaining her specialty license in dermatology. Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and three fur-babies, brunching with friends, reading, & relaxing on a golf course.

Kaytlin Reeves, RVT
Kaytlin is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City in 2015, where she was also the Vice President of the Veterinary Technician Student Association. Kaytlin has been working in the veterinary field since 2010 with experience ranging from general practice to the intensive care unit. Kaytlin joined Redbud Animal Dermatology in 2021 and is working towards obtaining her specialty license in dermatology through the Academy of Dermatology Veterinary Technicians. Kaytlin has a special interest in feline medicine and is a self-proclaimed cat lady. In her free time, Kaytlin enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, listening to audiobooks, and taking care of her various plants.

Arizona Heins, RVT
Arizona is originally from eastern Oklahoma. However, she found herself in Norman in 2014 attending the University of Oklahoma. Arizona graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2018, however, she had quickly realized that veterinary medicine held a special place in her heart. Arizona graduated from Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City, and received her RVT license in the fall of 2021. Arizona has been in the veterinary field since 2016, gaining most of her base knowledge in general practice. Arizona joined Redbud Animal Dermatology in 2022, where she has continued to learn every single day. Arizona and her boyfriend own two very cute dogs: a German shepherd mix named Nala, and a Pitbull mix named Muhammad Ali. Arizona loves to read and is learning to crochet, but spends most of her free time making sure her dogs are living their best life.

Victoria Cash, RVT
Victoria is originally from Shawnee, Oklahoma before attending Oklahoma State University from 2009-2013 and graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Zoology. Before her junior year in college, Victoria realized she wanted to pursue a career in the veterinary field and started volunteering with a mixed animal practice in Shawnee over summer holidays. While she enjoyed working with cattle and horses, she decided during her years at OSU-OKC that small animals held her true passion. Victoria graduated with her Associate’s in Veterinary Technology and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2015 and had been in general practice until she started working at Redbud Animal Dermatology in 2023. Victoria has two dogs (Ireland and Konan) and two cats (Oscar and Boogie) and enjoys spending time with friends and family and doing DIY projects in her time outside of work.

Meaghan Young, RVT
Meet Meaghan Young, a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who began working at Redbud Animal Dermatology in 2024. With three years of hands-on experience in the veterinary field, she enjoys building a close relationship with her veterinary team and their patients. She has a particular affinity for feline patients but enjoys the time she gets with her canine friends as well. Meaghan holds an Associate in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City and passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam in 2020 to become registered. She is married, has 3 cats, and spends her free time reading, playing video games, or watching scary movies.

Sara Freeland - Customer Service Representative
Sara has been working with animals since 2005 and got into the veterinary world in 2010 where she started as a kennel tech and worked her way up to a receptionist. Sara joined Redbud Animal Dermatology in Oklahoma City in 2021 and is an integral part of the team. She lives with three furry critters, a German Shepherd named Bleu, a Chihuahua named Chandler and an orange tabby cat named Cheeto. She spends her spare time with her Husband Shane and their son Colby, and her hobby of building Legos.

Chris Milum is a seasoned professional with a passion for finance and accounting. Graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, Chris continued his academic journey, obtaining a Masters in Accounting in 2001 from the same institution. With a dedication to excellence, Chris earned his license as a certified public accountant, solidifying his expertise in the field. With years of experience under his belt, Chris now serves as the veterinary clinic manager, bringing his financial acumen and managerial skills to the forefront. His leadership ensures smooth operations and efficient management of resources, ultimately enhancing the quality of service provided to our clients.
